Ho Chi Minh City \u2013 December 16, 2022 -<\/strong> Laidon is proud to announce that it has successfully acquired the intellectual property rights for its flagship software product \u2013 SimpleMDG. This important step ensures that the company has full control over the distribution, licensing, and development of the product.<\/p>\n

The software, which has been in development for over two years, is a groundbreaking solution in the field of master data governance. It allows organizations to efficiently manage and govern their master data, helping them to ensure data quality, minimum costs, and achieve operational excellence.<\/p>\n

With the acquisition of the intellectual property rights, Laidon is now able to fully protect its intellectual property and ensure that its hard work and innovation is recognized and rewarded. This will also allow the company to confidently enter into partnerships and licensing agreements with other organizations.<\/p>\n
