As 2025 draws to a close and teams around the world pause to celebrate the holidays and close out another chapter, we find ourselves in that rare space between reflection and anticipation, looking back at what we have built together and looking forward to what comes next. This year, 2025, has been transformative for us, not only because of the technology or the new markets we entered. It was the trust you placed in us, the unique problems you invited us to solve, and the partnerships that turned possibilities into realities. 

FY25 has been a defining year for SimpleMDG. We've asked more of ourselves and evolved into a stronger, more globally ready organization. But here's what matters most: you were part of that journey. Every customer who trusted us with their master data governance. Every partner who brought us into critical conversations. And every SAP team member who collaborated with us to solve real problems.

This year, enterprises across every region accelerated toward AI-driven transformation, only to confront a fundamental truth: without trusted, governed master data, AI ambition stalls. This wasn't a theoretical problem but an urgent one that needed a partner ready to operate at enterprise scale.  

From 100+ Pre-built Master Data Types to What's Next: Platform Innovation You Asked For 

You asked for broader coverage. We delivered. 

Our platform crossed 100 pre-built S/4HANA master data types this year, and we haven't stopped there. We extended into Success Factors objects for employee master and Extended Warehouse Management objects covering pack specifications, storage bins, and storage types. Now we're advancing toward complete coverage of the full SAP suite, giving you governance that scales across your entire landscape. 

But the real breakthrough came in how we're making your work easier with:

• AI-driven OCR automatically scrapes uploaded documents to create master data change requests

• AI-powered workflow design lets you drag, drop, and watch as AI auto-configures SimpleMDG to match your process flow 
• Hierarchy Management Reimagined You told us hierarchy management needed to be simpler. We rebuilt it from the ground up with drag-and-drop functionality for creating nodes, modifying structures, and assigning records—making complex hierarchies feel effortless.

You Expanded Our Global Footprint 

Growth like this doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when trust travels across borders. FY25 saw extraordinary adoption across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, and every single win represents a partnership where you trusted us with what matters most. 

Americas: You brought us into manufacturing, retail, energy, education, and consumer goods. Tyson Foods, Olymel, Air Liquide, Purdue, CITGO, Par Pacific, and Freeman each chose to build their governance foundation with SimpleMDG. Gardner White trusted us as they moved to SAP Public Cloud. US Sugar is now governing 42 master data objects using our AI image recognition. Arthrex is managing 16 life sciences objects with us. 

EMEA: You opened doors we couldn't have opened alone. Our first customer in Switzerland. Our first in Belgium's chemicals industry. Our first in Germany. Each milestone happened because someone believed in what we were building together. 

APAC: Endeavour Energy, Cochlear, Fortescue, SAESL, and Panasonic Singapore have shown us what governance excellence looks like across utilities, healthcare, mining, and consumer industries.

We strengthened relationships with SAP teams globally, starting at GTMKOM and expanding across DSAG, SAP NOW AI events worldwide, SAP BTP Days, SAP Insider Las Vegas, and industry conferences. We joined the UK & Ireland SAP User Group because we understand the power lies in collaboration and understanding how we can make things simpler for the community when it comes to master data governance. 

We launched our Partner Portal and welcomed IBM, Deloitte, Accenture, and others. We sent our first dedicated newsletter for SAP teams. Each step forward happened because you connected us, recommended us, and championed what we're building together. 

Recognition That Reflects Your Trust 

When SimpleMDG was nominated for Best Tech Awards in Australia and reached the final two, that was your validation. When we achieved the SAP Spotlight+ designation, that was your voice amplified. When we earned ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and SOC 2 compliance, we were rising to meet the standards you deserve. Every milestone reflects the expectations you place on us and our commitment to exceed them. 

A Team Growing to Serve You Better 

This year, we grew our global team by over 55%, expanding across Vietnam, Europe, the United States, and LATAM. This growth isn't about us; it's about ensuring you get consistent support across regions and time zones, no matter where your operations take you. Behind every new team member is a commitment to your success.
